All items you order from Hydro 1 Stop are delivered within five working days, subject to the item ordered being in stock. We would like to ensure our clients all orders are usually delivered within forty-eight hours as ninety percent of our orders are in stock. Hydro 1 Stop want all there clients to be happy with our the products and service supplied. If you buy something from Hydroponics and you are not entirely happy you could always ask to have your money refunded subject to the said item/s being unused unopened and in the same new condition as we supplied the product to you. We will also request that you must have your receipt with you when you return the item to us in person. A maximum thirty-day limit applies to this guarantee.
